What you'll do

• Serve as an HR contact for employees and supervisors
• support employee relations, complaints, investigations, discipline, performance issues, and conflict resolution
• maintain confidential employee records
• assist with onboarding and offboarding
• administer policies and leave matters
• support performance management and employment-law compliance
• partner with recruiting and operations
• assist with workers’ compensation, reports, audits, HR projects, policy updates, and training initiatives.
