The Vice President of Research and Development, Frozen Food role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $180,000–$220,000 per year. The role leads enterprise-wide innovation and product development across a multi-site food manufacturing network.

What you'll do

• Set and execute R&D and innovation strategy
• manage product pipelines and end-to-end development through commercialization
• oversee formulation, scale-up, process development, food safety, microbiology, and regulatory functions
• partner with operations, supply chain, marketing, and sales
• develop the R&D organization
• manage budgets and capital investments
• and track pipeline, commercialization, and return-on-investment measures.

Why this role
