What you'll do

• Verify Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance eligibility
• respond to client and family billing questions
• identify coverage gaps and authorization needs
• update insurance and billing information in the Credible electronic health record
• review and submit claims
• research and correct claim errors
• monitor rejected, denied, unpaid, and underpaid claims
• prepare invoices
• investigate denials and submit corrected claims or appeals
• follow up on outstanding accounts
• post payments and reconcile accounts.

Why this role
