What you'll do

• Manage office operations and coordinate people, activities, and resources
• develop strategies, procedures, and policies
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• recruit, train, and evaluate team members
• implement property management policies
• work with the Broker on marketing and portfolio growth
• support growth and profit goals
• maintain quality assurance
• manage client, vendor, and resident relationships
• monitor portfolio expenses and team performance.
