What you'll do

• Drive to assigned properties
• inspect storage units
• perform repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
• complete manager-provided task lists
• oversee contractors
• prepare auction units, clean out units, and dispose of abandoned goods
• maintain facility interiors, exteriors, and grounds
• maintain monthly auctions and delinquency procedures
• coordinate customer needs with call center agents.
