What you'll do

• Plan and document ultrasonic welding application development projects
• provide technical expertise to customers
• assist with technical training and customer seminars
• execute Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing
• train customer personnel
• provide phone, email, onsite, and in-house customer support
• assume emergency and standby services, including arranging shipment or delivery of spare parts.
