• Lead and manage graphic front-end operations

• align graphic operations with organizational goals
• drive strategic execution
• maintain performance metrics
• ensure deliverables meet technical and brand standards
• build high-performance teams through mentoring
• champion Lean tools (MDI)
• partner with Sales and Operations
• manage ERP data and production files
• develop standard work
• foster continuous improvement
• manage staffing and training.
