Property Supervisor

Job overview

The Property Supervisor role is onsite in Germantown, WI, overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance of a 38-acre condominium community. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The supervisor works with the Riversbend Owner Association’s maintenance staff, residents, vendors, and Board directives. The role exists to maintain the community’s buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems through hands-on repairs, inspections, and coordination. It combines field maintenance with staff supervision and resident communication to support property quality and safe, reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs across equipment, buildings, grounds, and systems
• troubleshoot issues
• supervise and work alongside onsite maintenance staff
• conduct inspections and address safety concerns
• maintain equipment
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• respond to property emergencies, including after-hours situations
• keep work and project records
• communicate with residents
• support association standards and Board directives.
