The Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery – Night Shift role is onsite in Irving, TX, with permanent full-time hours from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., three 12-hour shifts per week. Pay is $32–$53 per hour based on experience, plus a shift differential. The nurse supports the Women’s Services team. The nurse provides patient-centered care to mothers and infants during labor, delivery, recovery, and immediate postpartum stages. Monitoring maternal and fetal status, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, educating families, and maintaining compliant documentation support safe maternal-fetal care.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• monitor and document fetal heart patterns and maternal vital signs
• initiate appropriate interventions as needed
• collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and interdisciplinary teams
• educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and early newborn care
• maintain compliant EHR documentation and support a unit-wide safety culture.
