Patient Service Representative – Georgetown

What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• collect and organize patient and business documents while maintaining confidentiality
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• explain payment policies and billing information
• determine and collect patient financial responsibility
• support the practice manager, providers, and staff
• follow HIPAA and OSHA requirements
• perform office procedures and operate medical office equipment
• support quality assurance, CLIA-waived laboratory requirements, and patient result trackers
• travel to other Prisma Health Urgent Care locations as required.
