What you'll do

• Monitor production activities and food-safety compliance
• assist with cooking and cooling logs and safe storage
• check refrigeration, chemical concentration, temperatures, and equipment calibration
• conduct facility compliance walks and document findings
• assign corrective actions as needed
• prepare the facility for inspections and audits
• support food-safety and sanitation training
• and report compliance status and recommendations.
