Senior Voice Network Engineer

The Senior Voice Network Engineer role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is $37.87–$41.66 per hour. The engineer supports enterprise voice, video, messaging, and collaboration services across Cisco and Microsoft platforms. The role designs, operates, and optimizes unified communications systems while coordinating with network, security, telecom, infrastructure, and service desk teams. Reliable, secure communication services are supported through platform administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response.

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, configure, and support unified communications platforms including CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Webex, Webex Calling, session border controllers, voice gateways, and Microsoft Teams Phone
• support SIP trunks, PSTN connectivity, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and cloud calling
• configure dial plans, routing, calling policies, hunt groups, auto attendants, call queues, voicemail, and number management
• administer Teams voice features
• troubleshoot voice, video, messaging, and collaboration issues
• analyze call quality
• maintain supporting network services
• manage user provisioning, licensing, migrations, onboarding, and offboarding
• monitor availability and performance
• perform upgrades, patches, certificate renewals, and backup validation
• coordinate incident response and root-cause analysis
• maintain technical documentation
• participate in an on-call rotation.
