What you'll do

• Enter charges and post adjustments
• review provider coding and patient demographic and insurance information
• submit primary and secondary claims
• follow up on outstanding claims, balances, denials, and returned correspondence
• process refunds
• monitor reimbursement
• provide patient account customer service
• and maintain organized billing and coding information while following OSHA, HIPAA, and Medicare compliance policies.
