What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment at Heritage House
• oversee reference and background checks and pre-employment steps
• develop and lead new-hire orientation and onboarding
• advise leaders on performance and team-member relations
• conduct investigations and manage complaints and disciplinary processes
• coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes
• track and present people metrics
• maintain regulatory compliance and audit-ready personnel files.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and equivalent HR experience may substitute for education. Healthcare or hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
