What you'll do

• Lead approximately 160 caregivers, including six associate nurse managers and a surgical services supervisor. Own clinical and operational performance for the operating room
• partner with surgeons and perioperative leaders across multiple specialties
• support the robotic surgery program
• drive quality, operational, and patient-experience outcomes
• and foster collaboration and patient-centered care.
