Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Support the general manager in maintaining an inclusive, member-focused culture
• supervise, coach, and develop team members
• assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training
• lead membership sales efforts and monitor performance
• support lead management, local marketing, and community outreach
• resolve member concerns
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and facility appearance
• support equipment reporting, payroll, scheduling, compliance, and administrative reporting.
