Waterjet Operator — First Shift

The Waterjet Operator — First Shift role is onsite in Mishawaka, IN, with pay of $23–$26 per hour. The position supports production by cutting composite parts and managing the flow of raw materials. The operator runs waterjet machines and a robotic part-marking cell, checks finished parts, and tracks inventory to support production schedules and finished-goods operations. The role also performs routine equipment checks and maintenance and keeps production records and the work area orderly.

What you'll do

• Operate two waterjet cutting machines and a robotic part-marking cell using pre-programmed machine code
• position composite panels
• inspect parts with rulers and digital calipers
• track raw material by lot number and record inventory transactions and scrap
• perform preventative maintenance, startup checks, cleanup, and pumping-system maintenance
• follow work instructions and maintain production records.
