What you'll do

• Investigate fire and explosion scenes involving structures, vehicles, equipment, and other property
• help secure scenes
• photograph and analyze evidence
• interview witnesses
• collect and preserve items and chain of custody
• determine origin and cause
• prepare reports
• provide testimony at depositions and trials
• support clients in subrogation and litigation
• research code compliance
• assist with fire-related education seminars.
