General Service Technician

Job overview

The General Service Technician role is onsite in Folsom, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; additional hours, including weekends, may be required based on business levels. The role performs vehicle repair and maintenance according to repair orders and dealership and factory standards. What you'll do

• Receive repair orders and take vehicles to the service stall
• perform authorized work efficiently and accurately
• diagnose malfunctions and complete authorized repairs
• coordinate with the Parts Department
• advise the service advisor about additional or unnecessary work and delays
• document work
• road-test vehicles
• quality-check repairs
• attend training and review factory technical bulletins
• keep customer vehicles clean
• follow safety, housekeeping, and applicable regulations.
