What you'll do

• Represent lenders and borrowers in financing transactions
• work on secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, and acquisition financing
• assist with private credit, commercial lending, and mezzanine finance transactions
• support transactions from structuring through closing
• collaborate with senior attorneys and clients
• take on increasing responsibility and direct client contact.
