MDS Coordinator Nurse

What you'll do

• Assess new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing
• plan, develop, coordinate, and evaluate education and on-the-job training programs
• maintain training records, reports, manuals, and reference materials
• complete administrative forms and attendance records
• report and recommend training program actions to the administrator
• work with the business office to ensure employees receive correct benefits packages.
