What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under a licensed nurse’s direction
• assist with admission and discharge
• support oral, bathing, grooming, bowel, and bladder care
• change soiled clothing and linens
• collect specimens
• assist with activities and transportation
• help lift, move, position, and ambulate residents using gait belts
• record temperature, pulse, respirations, weight, and height
• answer call lights
• report changes in condition
• assist with meals and fluids
• complete care documentation and shift reports
• maintain resident confidentiality and follow community and nursing policies.
