What you'll do

• Develop and maintain nursing-service philosophy, objectives, standards, policies, and procedures

• recruit, interview, hire, discipline, coach, and evaluate staff
• maintain knowledge of certification, survey, and Medicare requirements
• validate compliance with state and federal long-term-care requirements
• coordinate nursing quality assurance
• direct the Executive Director’s functions in their absence.

Why this role
