What you'll do

• Establish and review staff standards and work procedures
• plan staffing schedules and work areas
• assist with hiring, interviewing, and training
• orient, develop, and supervise housekeeping staff
• conduct inspections and make recommendations
• report goals, accomplishments, and plans
• provide staff education and training
• communicate with staff, administration, and other departments
• coordinate outside services including pest control, window cleaning, waste services, document destruction, and recycling.
