The Corporate Attorney role is hybrid and based in Shakopee, MN. The anticipated starting base pay is $149,969 to $219,955 per year, with eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan. The role supports Entrust's Identity Security segment in the Americas and works with legal colleagues in London. The attorney provides practical legal guidance on commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and digital regulatory and compliance matters. Through collaboration with sales and other business teams, the role helps advance customer and partner transactions while supporting Entrust's identity security business.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for the Identity Security segment, including software, cloud, professional services, and data protection agreements
• support strategic partnerships and go-to-market models
• provide legal guidance on digital regulatory, compliance, and ad hoc matters
• lead assigned legal team projects
• collaborate across legal, sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, and information security
• develop understanding of company products and business practices.
