What you'll do

• Clean restrooms and break rooms
• clean and sanitize production areas and equipment
• report equipment condition and safety concerns to management
• safely disassemble, reassemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment
• follow written and verbal instructions, GMPs, food safety requirements, and chemical label directions
• complete required documentation
• maintain equipment in a sanitary state.
