The role also manages spare-parts inventory and works to maintain customer satisfaction while controlling field-service costs.

What you'll do

• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and analysis of utility inverters in the field, by email, telephone, and site visits
• perform maintenance according to product manuals and customer contracts
• work with high-voltage DC and three-phase power
• develop product knowledge
• maintain spare-parts inventory
• support customer satisfaction and cost-effective field service.
