Worship Leader — Crossroads Bible Fellowship

What you'll do

• Lead music approximately three Sundays per month
• lead, mentor, and encourage volunteer musicians
• manage the music scheduling calendar
• hold music practice sessions
• oversee the tech team responsible for in-house media production and livestream
• ensure song lyrics align with biblical teaching, the church’s doctrinal statement, and sermon topics
• remain accountable to church elders.
