Catering Supervisor

The Catering Supervisor is an onsite, full-time role in Spring, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours that may vary. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. Eurest provides foodservice to corporate clients, and this position supports its Catering to You patient meal service program. The supervisor coordinates patient meal service and special requests, ensures adequate staffing and training, and oversees service processes. The role works with nursing and catering associates to support accurate meal selection, tray completion, delivery, and retrieval while addressing patient concerns and following food-safety and confidentiality requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests
• ensure employees are trained and units staffed
• supervise catering associates
• oversee service systems and processes
• coordinate with nursing on meal selection and tray completion, delivery, and retrieval
• respond to patient concerns
• follow HIPAA, regulatory, and HACCP requirements
• complete required documentation and logs.
