The Crew Lead, Environmental and Industrial Services role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. Global Environmental and Industrial Response provides industrial cleaning, waste handling, and environmental services to industrial clients. The crew lead prepares equipment and job documentation, conducts pre-job meetings and hazard analyses, and provides operational expertise while training employees. The role coordinates field work and helps ensure services are performed safely and effectively for client sites.

What you'll do

• Prepare equipment and tools
• conduct pre-con meetings and complete Job Hazard Analysis forms
• review and submit job packs and daily reports
• operate heavy equipment and perform industrial services as needed
• train new employees
• complete leadership training.
