The CT Technologist (CT) — Part-Time/Per-Diem, Day Schedule role is onsite in Buffalo, NY, with compensation of $27–$33 per hour. The role performs physician-ordered CT examinations and supports accurate, safe, and efficient diagnostic imaging. It contributes to the Imaging team by guiding patients through procedures, maintaining equipment and records, and helping ensure reliable workflow and testing turnaround.

What you'll do

• Perform CT examinations of ordered anatomic structures
• explain procedures and support patients
• document patient history and relevant lab results
• assist nurses with IV lines and injections
• promptly report potential issues or reactions
• monitor workflow and testing turnaround
• maintain records and assemble images
• perform daily CT quality assurance and equipment cleaning
• use appropriate imaging protocols, including low-dose pediatric protocols
• assist with training CT technologists.

Why this role

Part-time schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8-hour shifts, 32 hours per week; per-diem schedule varies. No overnight shifts. Requires an AAS in Radiology Technology, ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT), current New York radiologic technologist license with injection, BLS, and at least one year of CT machine experience.
