What you'll do

• Supervise staff on duty
• support clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations and missed treatments
• review patient medication profiles and administer physician-ordered medications
• assist with physician rounds and implement orders
• support anemia management and medication protocols as requested
• respond to clinic emergencies
• communicate patient assessments and monitoring to physicians and team members
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning
• and help evaluate dialysis services and maintain policies and procedures. Direct dialysis care may be provided where state regulations allow.
