What you'll do

• Supervise US payroll and accounts payable
• oversee payroll reconciliations, filings, and year-end processing
• review invoices and payment runs
• manage vendor records and reporting
• prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• coordinate international reporting
• support revenue and tax accounting
• maintain controls and procedures
• train staff and implement process and system improvements.
