The Community Organizer role is an onsite, part-time position serving Santa Maria and Northern Santa Barbara County, CA, for 20 hours per week. What you'll do

• Implement and manage field organizing and grassroots advocacy campaigns
• build relationships with community members and partners
• recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers
• coordinate voter outreach, canvassing, phone and text banks, rallies, and lobbying
• support patient advocacy programs
• track and report program outcomes.
