What you'll do

• Serve as Engineer of Record and provide Professional Engineer oversight on industrial process and mechanical engineering projects
• lead design and execution of process piping, steam and boiler systems, milling operations, bulk material handling systems, utility plants, fermentation systems, and manufacturing process infrastructure
• manage client relationships, technical discussions, site visits, and proposals
• oversee projects from feasibility studies to multi-million-dollar capital investments
• mentor engineering teams
• support cross-functional execution, company growth, succession planning, and strategic initiatives.
