What you'll do

• Provide regional reimbursement leadership for assigned skilled nursing facilities
• monitor reimbursement and quality metrics
• develop strategies to improve performance while maintaining compliance
• guide facilities on MDS 3.0, RAI, Medicare Part A, PDPM, Texas Medicaid PDPM-LTC, and applicable requirements
• monitor MDS accuracy and timeliness
• identify compliance concerns and corrective actions
• support audits and medical reviews
• analyze performance and report risks and opportunities
• conduct facility visits and documentation audits
• coach and educate staff
• mentor MDS personnel
• oversee assigned field reimbursement personnel.
