What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• implement approved support and behavior strategies
• monitor well-being and report concerns
• administer prescribed oral medications and delegated health support according to training and care plans
• encourage independence and structured activities
• prepare meals
• maintain household cleanliness and laundry
• accompany residents to appointments and community activities as needed
• document services and incidents
• communicate with supervisors and care partners
• follow safety and licensing requirements.
