What you'll do

• Inventory the BusinessObjects 4.2 and Crystal Reports 2016 environment, including infrastructure, reports, repositories, users, schedules, and integrations
• review configuration, licensing, and architecture
• identify dependencies, unsupported components, and migration risks
• validate proposed upgrades to BusinessObjects 4.3 and 2025, Crystal Reports 2020, and Windows Server 2022
• recommend migration approaches
• develop phased migration and rollback plans
• define environment requirements and identify components requiring remediation or replacement.
