What you'll do

• Recruit, train, develop, and empower Guest Experience volunteers
• coordinate ushers, greeters, and parking teams, including scheduling and weekly communication
• maintain welcoming and safe environments
• coordinate lobby setup and décor for special services and key weekends
• coordinate guest experience and logistics for baptisms with Community Life
• coordinate communion logistics and volunteer support with the Care Team.
