What you'll do

• Supervise custodial staff and day-to-day operations
• approve leave and manage time and attendance
• train, instruct, and coach employees
• apply progressive discipline as needed
• coordinate schedules, building coverage, overtime, and special or emergency projects
• manage work teams and resolve disputes
• ensure equipment is functional, maintained, stored, and used properly
• inspect facilities
• participate in hiring, interviews, and candidate selection.
