What you'll do

• Operate mixing machines and select materials
• make permitted machine adjustments to meet mixing requirements
• move materials using a forklift
• prepare routine or unusual experimental batches from written formulas or instructions
• take powder and mixed-batch samples to the laboratory when required
• gather incoming raw-material samples when required
• prepare daily production records
• measure or weigh materials according to formulas
• maintain a clean and orderly work area
• complete training.
