What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns
• maintain common areas, pools, seasonal amenities, and property exterior
• address minor plumbing and electrical issues
• perform carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs
• conduct preventive maintenance
• respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule
• collaborate with property management and serve residents and guests.
