What you'll do

• Scrape and pre-clean dishes
• operate dishwashing machinery
• hand-wash pots and pans
• sweep and mop floors
• clean kitchen equipment, walls, racks, sinks, and disposal areas
• perform scheduled deep cleaning
• organize supplies
• empty trash
• support the Back Aisle position or other kitchen roles as needed
• operate silver de-tarnishing equipment under management guidance.
