What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls, resolve problems, enter orders, and complete follow-up
• turn product inquiries into orders and suggest accessories or replacement items
• prepare bids and quotations and follow up
• document customer contacts and sales activity in the ACS system
• coordinate with outside sales on account management and service
• support sales and marketing plans
• maintain product knowledge and customer databases
• attend product and sales training meetings.
