What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• follow site security procedures and policies
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking facilities, entrances, grounds, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• report suspicious conditions and maintenance concerns
• document patrols, incidents, and daily activities.
