Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer service calls
• respond to email inquiries
• schedule HVAC, plumbing, and water-treatment maintenance and service appointments
• process payments, refunds, billing updates, and membership requests
• route unresolved grievances to designated departments
• maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• promote additional services or products when applicable
• meet KPI metrics.
