What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff
• respond to resident concerns
• maintain resident files and compliance records
• prepare reports and review financial performance
• oversee rent collection and budgeting
• recruit, train, and supervise staff
• manage leasing and waiting lists
• coordinate audits, resident services, maintenance, vendors, inspections, and safety responses.
