What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menus, planned events, and standard recipes
• plate items according to portion and garnishing guidelines
• ensure adequate food preparation
• communicate shortages to the supervisor
• maintain freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• stock and clean the station
• follow food rotation policies
• maintain sanitation and safety practices
• clean and inspect kitchen appliances and work areas
• assist kitchen staff as needed.
