• Supervise workflow across order entry, filling, packaging, verification support, and shipping
• prioritize work to meet delivery schedules
• train and coach staff
• support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
• audit medication processing
• investigate and document errors
• oversee inventory and controlled-substance documentation
• monitor operational indicators
• maintain regulatory and company compliance.
