Accounting Associate

What you'll do

• Process weekly accounts payable and check edit lists
• maintain recurring expense records
• forward capital asset and grant vouchers
• compare payment schedules with trial balances
• collect vendor W-9s and workers’ compensation certificates
• prepare contract analysis reports and 1099s
• process deposits and agency credit card records
• audit mileage vouchers
• assist with external audit preparation.
